This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the services provided by **Rendey LLC**, a company incorporated in **New Mexico** with operations in **Boise, Idaho**.
Due to the nature of custom software development and digital technical consulting, Rendey LLC generally does not offer refunds once work has commenced or digital products have been delivered. All products sold through rendey.store are digital and are considered "used" after download or access.
For B2B consulting projects, payments are typically structured around milestones. Once a milestone is completed, reviewed, and paid for via Stripe, that specific payment is non-refundable.
Clients may cancel ongoing service contracts with a 30-day written notice sent to **contact@rendey.store**. Any work performed up to the cancellation date will be billed and is not subject to refund.
Exceptions to this policy are made only at the sole discretion of Rendey LLC management and will be governed by the laws of the **State of New Mexico**. We strive for total client satisfaction and encourage clients to contact our Boise office for any service concerns.
